Room needs a major upgrade. Lobby areas nice, but hallways dirty and rooms old. Need new window treatments (torn and dirty), lights didn’t work, door handle and lock broken, and sheets little dirty. Kitchen nice tho

Would definitely return!
We had a really great time at The Grove and would return again. It’s a beautiful resort and well laid out. We had a 3 BR suite that was really spacious. Pros: resort was clean, pools were heated (January in Florida can be chilly), staff were friendly and waterpark was included. Cons: Our oven door didn’t fully close so preheating it took well over an hr if you didn’t lean on it, rooms are only cleaned after your 4th night stay (clean towels are brought daily and trash taken away though), a few kitchen items were missing (coffee maker etc) but when we called they brought us one, the keyless entry system on the app didn’t work so you have to be careful not to have your cell phone near the room cards. All in all a great stay though!

Horrible check-in wait for hundreds of people
Waited 6 hours to check-in with bags in tow. Oven did not work. Booked a shuttle to Epcot, but the shuttle didn't come until 11 pm, and then the shuttle drove us around to multiple drop off points, then told us the other bus broke down and to get out at a random hotel in the middle of nowhere, where an Uber would pick us up to take us the rest of the way. Took over an hour to return home after a long day at Disney...do not recommend.
