This is a fully automated , self-service unstaffed investment property (with Hotels.com should make clear and rate on a different scale than full-service hotels). The construction is brand new, so it was impeccably clean, though sterile and lacking human-centered design elements (extra outlet by bed, place to hang a face towel, little things). There is nothing human or personal about it, except the "concierge" who texts you back when you contact the establishment. (She was nice.) I did not receive the entry codes until i contacted the management...apparently because my phone number in Hotels.com is a US number. Good luck with that! In summary, welcome to 2026 in hotellerie. Brave New World!
