Everything was amazing. The staff left a sweet note and small gift for my husbands birthday. The view was spectacular and I couldn’t have had a better stay. Our favorite spot so far and felt like a fairytale. Only thing I wish was available is hair conditioner and an iron for clothes. Everything was amazing.

The location is perfect, right on the main square. Our room had a beautiful view of the square. A mini fridge would be a welcome addition. Breakfast is expensive and not that great. Overall all though I recommend it.

The hotel itself was in a good location. However, we booked a city-view room and were not assigned one upon arrival. The reception staff advised that even when a city-view room is booked, it may not always be available, which was disappointing. If a specific room type or view is important to you, it may be worth confirming this with the hotel before your stay.

Excellent location right in the Rynek (old town square). Very good price. Very modern and clean. The only negative is the bathroom light turns on and off by motion detection, so if you're sitting on the toilet or you're in the glass shower the bathroom light turns off because it doesn't detect motion. I had to keep the bathroom door open while showering to avoid showering in pitch black, and had to wave my arm around every 20 seconds when taking longer on the toilet. The AC only comes on when the room light is switched on, so there's no way to sleep with the AC on unless you leave the light on all night. Also the TV remote didn't work, so I couldn't watch TV. I didn't bother calling the front desk about it.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is very clean and in good condition. The location of the hotel is perfect. It would be nice for the room to have a fridge and a safe but, as we were only staying for 2 nights, this did not affect our stay at all. Breakfast was a continental buffet breakfast, really nice and was kept topped up. If we visit Wroclaw again, this is where we will stay.

Exceptionally clean hotel in a fantastic central location. The property is very new (only a few months old), and everything felt fresh and well maintained. The carpets and bathroom were spotless and in pristine condition. The hotel is right in the heart of Wrocław, within easy walking distance of the Old Town, restaurants, and attractions. Despite the central location, the soundproof windows kept the room quiet and peaceful. We had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wrocław.
