Check in was easy and girl on Reception with long dark hair and glasses was great. Pleasant and very helpful.Apartment 3-2 itself had everything you need and is very homely and clean.However curtains in both lounge and bedroom were hanging off it areas.Noise level from street and other residents did disturb my sleep on both nights but not Hotels fault.

The room was spacious for all 5 of us which is a good thing. The reception staff told me to let him know if there's any problem with the restroom right from the get go. This makes me believe that they are already aware of this problem. The next morning I reported that the sink in the bathroom is clogged and that the washing machine does not appear to be installed well as the water did not go directly to the machine and went straight to the floor the moment we turned it on. When we came back from our tour that day I was expecting that they did something about our concerns. It turned out, nothing was done. The trash are still there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was modern and spacious and the staff friendly. The shower was in an odd place and the tap and sink tap were rusty and old and need replacing. Our room faced Lovag Utca and it was extremely noise and poor sleep. Overall good stay

The apartments complex is in great location, between Opera and Octagon metro stops, off a boulevard with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants around, easy to walk to main attractions or use the public transport, the check in is easy and fast between regular office hours, although out of office hours the front desk is still manned, fast wi fi, quite neighbourhood, safe entrance, immaculate apartment within well presented courtyard, would stay again when back in town

Overall the location was great, spacious apartment, clean and well organized. Hotel stuff are not fully aware of handling the customers. They need more training with customer services and making sure information they provide are accurate.

Lovely courtyard setting, very quiet. Our apartment had a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. On arrival reception welcome was excellent, just a few minutes to check-in and plenty information provided.

Great place to stay 20 minute walk to centre of town, very clean and friendly service.

The property is great and in a great area. It is a pity there isn't a 24/7 telephone line or office that I can contact. The tv didn't work this time, though this was not a problem in the past when I stayed at Lord Residence.

Friendly helpful receptionist. Room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you required except a safe which would be useful to store medication, jewellery and passports. We were on the top floor opposite a strip club and it was noisy late at night. They were in the process of painting Some areas of the hotel as it is tired in places. On the whole it was good value and close to most of the attractions.

Great location for all the sights. Spacious apartment with everything we needed, though we didn't fully self cater as there were so many lovely restaurants. The water pressure for the shower was amazing and the bed very comfortable. Office staff very pleasant and helpful. Ticked all our boxes.
