Genel olarak temiz bir tesisti ancak odamız sürekli kullanılan arka merdivene bakıyordu, gürültülüydü, pencere açmak güvenli değildi. Asansörleri yedinci katta hiç kullanamadık çok küçük ve kapasitesi çok az iki asansörün biri sürekli malzeme taşınımı için kullanılıyordu.

Tutmuş olduğum çift kişilik büyük yataklı oda yerine iki tane tek kişilik oda verildi. 2 de temizlenmiş olarak girdiğimiz odada ise banyo çok pisti ne yazıkki. Hijyen açısından özellikle çok kötü olduğunu düşünüyorum. Odamız balkonlu olmasına rağmen balkona çıktığınızda diğer odalarla aynı terasa bağlanıyorsunuz çok çok kötü kapı açık yatamıyorsunuz.

otel çok güzeldi ama ben çocukla seyahat ettiğim için konum biraz uzaktı . Evet önünden tramvay geçiyor ama bebek arabasıyla gündüz binmek inmek aktarma yapmak beni zorladı. Yalnız seyahat ediyor olsam kesinlikle tercih ederim yeniden . Personel genel kibar ve çok yardımcıydı 🙏

Oda çok temiz ve ferahtı. Ancak restoran için aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim. Kahvaltı dahil konakladık. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği gayet iyiydi fakat restoran içi hijyenik değildi. Tabaklarda hep yağ lekeleri vardı. Masa ve yerler de leke ve toz içindeydi. Sanki iki farklı işletmeye muhatap olmuş gibi oldum ve üzüldüm açıkçası. Oteli ayarlamadan önce de temizliği konusunda güzel yorumlar yapıldığı için tercih etmiştim. Odası gayet beklentimi karşılasa da restoranı görünce hayalkırıklığına uğradım. Umarım bu konuda daha özverili olurlar

Her şey çok güzel fiyat performans, yataklar havlular oda gayet iyi temizdi. Banyo konusunda aynısını diyemeyeceğim. Temizlik personelinize banyoyu daha özenli temizlemelerini bildiriniz. Banyo lavobasında saç, duş yeri kıl doluydu. Hızlıca dışarı çıkacağımız için personele bildirmedim. Diğer konuda gayet iyi. Konumu tam şehir merkezi değil araçla rahat ama fiyat konusunda konum için çok çok iyi.

İlk gün otele giriş saatimiz 14.00 idi. Saat 13.30'da otele giriş yaptık. Odamıza 14.15'te girebildik. Bu konuda daha hassas hareket edilebilirdi. Yataklar ve yastıklar çok rahattı. Dışarıdan otele yansıyan gürültü hemen hemen yok denecek noktadaydı. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü idi. Odamız temizdi. Duş başlığının iç aparatı yoktu. Tramvay hemen otelin yanıbaşında. Şehrin bir çok noktasına kolaylıkla ulaşabildik. Genel olarak memnun kaldığımızı ifade edebilirim. Bir dahaki sefere tercih nedemiz olacaktır.
