Great stay!
Don't be deceived by the front door, once you step in , the service, cleanliness and comfort of the beds and shower (though a little small) provided a great space to rest and recover while travelling in Rome. The well stocked breakfast area and kitchen came in handy for a quick refreshment.

Noisy Accomodation
We were informed few days prior to the arrival the room of Nerva have to changed to other location which is also near to the cavour train. However, we are not pleased with the last minute changes as we booked this room is due to the convenient which we want near to the train (1min) walk but they arrange to other location which you need walk 8mins to the train. In the first place if we want further accommodation from the train we can book other accommodation and the owner only inform us so last minute which we cant change our booking. Even through there was no much different on the distance but when you are tired for the shopping / sightseeing and still need to walk back to the apartment we feel very exhausted cos everyplace come with stairs only and you need to carry so much stuff. The room does not come with sound proof wall / door and is very noisy at night from the traffic and in the morning from other rooms. For 4nights we does not have a good sleep. After all, I will not recommend for the Nerva accommodation if you guys need a good sleep/rest and I guess still have other better accommodation which is near to the train. Please search around before book this accommodation.

Uneven at best and SLOW WiFi
I took a group of students to Rome for study abroad and we stayed at one of the Nerva locations. One of the rooms was completely luxurious. The rest were okay. I was very annoyed that Nerva says that breakfast is included, but they don’t tell you that you have to cook for yourself if you want something more than a roll. And even then the other guests would eat everything before I could get out of the room in the morning. There was a lovely cafe next door to our hotel. (Note: I’m talking about the location at Via Cavour 150.) if it weren’t for the cafe, I would have complained a lot about the lack of breakfast. It was annoying, though, that all but one day I had to buy breakfast myself since nothing was left to eat but corn flakes. I also was annoyed that in the 5 days I was there, my toilet was never cleaned once. Someone made my bed daily but no other cleaning was done. I had a weird room that had a loft upstairs and a bed downstairs. The bed was very comfortable, but in a position that made it hard to get by the stairs without knocking my arm on the stairs. I have bruises all over my right arm from hitting it on the stairs. There was also no place to put any supplies in the bathroom. I had been in 5 other European cities by the time I got to Rome, and even the monastery we stayed in had a shelf for toiletries. Nerva has the worst bathroom. (And why no cleaning?!) Others in my group had it better. But since I was the leader, I hated it. Uneven. And slow WiFi!!!

Great location
The apartment was in the perfect location for seeing the colosseum, Roman forum etc. The Trevi Fountain was approximately a 15 minute minute walk away and there were 2 metro stations within a short walk of the apartment. I would highly recommend Nerva accommodation for a short trip To Rome.

Central and friendly staff.
Centrally located, Jacuzzi was a bonus, breakfast was very good although we were unsure whether we were expected to do the dishes (many guesses didn't bother), the bed was a pretty hard, the shower pressure reasonable. The lady that checked us in was awesome, we were able to check in early and leave luggage for our late flight. She was very accommodating and friendly. WIFI was dodgy, it kept dropping in and out and it was impossible to make calls on messenger because of this.
