Disgusting, Filthy - Fraudulently taxing tourists
Right from the check in the hotel has been horrible. They are not supposed to charge tourists the IVA tax but they did even though we showed that we had paid for the exemption when we entered the country. The room is very dirty and the staff not helpful. The hotel is quite disgusting. The carpets in the hall are dirty and the rooms filthy and need a painting.
I paid for two nights and asked for a refund for my second night so we could find a better hotel and they would not even respond to my request.
I also asked for a receipt so I could try to get the room tax back at the DIAN office when we leave the country but they would not give me a receipt. We have stayed in 7 hotels over the last 3 weeks of travel in Colombia and this is the only hotel that charged tax and would not supply a receipt. This is also the most filthy, disgusting place I have stayed in in Colombia.
The neighborhood is not safe and the hotel staff said not to walk around - this was during the day.
Avoid this place that is just trying to grab your money. They have no respect for guests.

Gross room, great location
Windowless room on the ground floor with a dingy feel-- bedding, bathroom, floor, etc. Entry and lobby were very cute so we were shocked when shown to our space (the porter also had to check the bathroom before letting us in--bad sign) The lack of windows was the real deal breaker and we left to check into another hotel down the street within 15 minutes. Good location but there are plenty of other options at a slightly higher price point nearby.
I would equate the room to a private dorm at a midlevel hostel where I would have stayed in my early 20s. Definitely not the cute boutique hotel my partner and I were looking for.

Nice small hotel but bad internet
Very cozy and comfortable ideal for short stays. Very quite and nice surroundings. The only bad thing was the WiFi service. They have 2 different networks, one never worked even when I told the front desk about it. The second one only works in the lobby area since it has a very poor coverage. I never had internet in my room and couldn't do some important things I had in mind.

Nice place but wifi did not work in room
The wifi in my room did not work, and that makes it difficult to get things done. The room did not have a window (except the roof of the bathroom). I don't like that the hotel charges $20 if you bring a guest to your room.
Other than that, the place is certainly fine for a night.

For 40 USD/night its a Gem in the Gourmet Zone
For 40 USD (final price) x Night - this is really a good deal - for that location.
You are in the heart of (the G-Zone). You are surrounded by very fancy and nice restaurants.
Staff is friendly
breakfast not fancy - but at least you don't leave with an empty stomach
Room has some weird spots on the ceiling (some tiny light rays come trough)
Bathroom is ok - hot water
Don't expect luxury - for 40 USD .. its a great deal.

Nice hotel close to good restaurants
Despite other comments we stayed on the second floor towards the back and we never had any problems with noise or "fiestas", even though it was independence day weekend.
Good for holidays as well as for people in business.
