Problème de communication entre l’hôte et Hôtel.com, mais heureusement une chambre était encore disponible. L’établissement semble ne pas être totalement habitué au fonctionnement de la plateforme, notamment pour la facturation. Personnel d’accueil très sympathique. La chambre est classique pour un Zenitude, mais gros point négatif en période de canicule : 34 °C dans la chambre, avec pour seul rafraîchissement un petit ventilateur et aucune possibilité de faire circuler l’air. Difficile d’avoir une expérience satisfaisante dans ces conditions. Dommage.

Attention ce n'est pas un hôtel mais une résidence sénior (un epahd) cela fait bizarre quand on arrive pour un déplacement professionnel (odeur de maison de retraite, hopital). Je ne suis pas resté car je faisais un déplacement professionnel pour la semaine et ce n'était pas ce qui était indiqué dans l'annonce. J'ai annulé ma semaine qu'ils m'ont facturé et toujours pas rembourser. De plus l'ephad m'a prélevé la taxe de séjour alors que je n'ai passé aucun jour chez eux. Une bataille pour essayer de me faire rembourser, que du négatif.
