A bit distance if you need to walk. Best is to drive car. Clean unit. Nothing to complain. Just need Grab or Car to access out of the hotel.

Great value. Full kitchenette. Washer Dryer. Large rooms. Clean. Good amenities. Strong water presdure. Cold aircon. Good wifi. Same building as hard rock. Secured parking. Highly recommended. Only draw back, the entire putri harbour area is quite deserted and hardly any life. Limited food options although there is a convenient store and supermarket nearby. If you have a car can stay here but drive elsewhere for entertainment and good.

Great and amazing experience. Value for money. 5 star experience and for the price, it was really a steal. Only complain is the distance away from amenities as it was quite secluded and you need a car to access this resort. It’s not easily accessible by other means of transport.

We had a mixed experience. Booked 6 nights away to take kids to Legoland and to specifically use the swimming pool whilst staying there for my birthday. We found the outdoor pool tired and rundown which was a shame as its a decent size but in dire need of a makeover. The trees in the central section were propped up my metal scaffolding that looked terrible. The astroturf flooring around parts of the pool were worn and torn and need an overhaul. On the last 2 days of our stay we were told the pool was closed for 2 days whilst cladding maintenance took place outside. The lady was incredibly rude, shouting at my wife to get out of the pool. This was not conveyed to us when we booked otherwise we would have stayed elsewhere. The manager was called and kindly allowed us to use Fraser Place pool next door but sadly this pool was not as good and my kids said it was too cold. We also had a broken safe which took the engineer all day to turn up, meaning someone had to stay in the room all day waiting. Overall it had a lot of potential with some areas smart, clean and modernised, but the pool really needs some TLC and better sun loungers and parasols provided.
