I understand that this larger company manages many units but the apartment did not look like any of the pictures of the renovated units. It was adequate but missing things like a trash bin in the bathroom , a sponge to wash dishes, etc. We arrived late at night and retrieved the keys from key box in front of the business building - near train station, mostly easy to find. Our main issue was the noise in the square below the apartment on the weekend. There were dozens of people screaming and singing until 2 am. Families may want to consider this if staying in this area over weekend nights. That being said, the location is central, especially if you are using the train to go to and from Oslo airport.

Awful interaction with bjorvika apartments
Terrible. Check in is unclear and required me to play a scavenger hunt to collect the key before I could even get the location of the apartment. How am I supposed to plan when the location of the apartment was not at the office? The location of the apartment itself was in a terrible neighborhood, and the state of the apartment was sad to say the least. It was hotter than an oven upon check in, with no AC and next to no ventilation due to broken windows. I checked out immediately and into another apartment. Customer service for this apartment does not exist I am convinced, as I have received no response from them while harassing for weeks. Hotels.com has provided no assistance in recouping cost for this cancelation and disaster of a stay as well. Last time I will be booking with them.
