I'm not sure who is giving this place 8 or 10 stars, but they really need to get out more. Even the 6 stars given is being generous. It was "clean" (as far as I could tell) and didn't smell, so this is 4 stars at best. I was given room 10, which is right next to the 'lobby' and after hours window, so I heard everyone that came in and out, including the guy that showed up a 12:30am to pay his bill at the window, not to mention all of the street noise through the window AC unit. The tiny 32" TV sits on a dresser and covers almost half of the mirror. There was a wall bracket for a larger TV just sticking out the side of the mirror. When I could actually find channel to watch, there was no volume at all. When I tried to get on the internet, I needed a passcode, which I wasn't given. I then went to call the front desk from the room phone about the internet and TV, but there was no dial tone. By then it was late and I just gave up. The bathroom was barely big enough for one person, so luckily I was alone. The shower handle was about to fall off and the shower curtain draped into the shower base, so who knows how often that is cleaned. And if you're not careful, you'll get soaked just turning on the shower. The decor and furnishings were beyond dated. There was coffee maker, but no clean drinking water to make coffee and nobody is going to use tap water. I realize that this is just a "motel", but these ratings need to be much more consistent with the actual quality of the property.
