I didn't use any of the facilities, as I was attending a party but ... oh, the bed - probably the most comfortable bed I've slept in at a hotel. I liked that there were black out curtains as well. Rachel was very welcoming on reception and explained everything. Rachel was engaging about our stay and that we had visited the hotel several times before. Breakfast was booked and had plenty of options in the morning and was more than satisfactory. The rooms are clean, warm and pleasant.
