There are great things about this place and then there are some, not so great things. First, the great...location. This is one of the most lively, active areas of Portland. The streets in the area are loaded with great restaurants and shops. It is so easy to walk around and find great shopping in smaller, boutique type of places and nearly any kind of food you would want. The space was comfortable and clean. It felt nice relaxing on the sofa and the tv is very big for the space. There were good accommodations in the kitchen. I did not use the pots and pans, but there were some there. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and useful. Now some things that were bad, or not so great. Communication with this place is basically all done via text and email. Getting someone to actually answer the phone was impossible, even after texting to say I was going to call. They gave me the number, but then never answered. When I booked, I booked the dates incorrectly, by one day. I reached out to have the dates changed and then it was a huge, multi-day effort to get it changed. Hotels.com wouldn't change it without

The location of this VRBO was wonderful. Lots of great food options and shopping within easy, safe walking distance. There’s a grocery store 2 blocks away. For those who want to use public transport, the #15 stops at the corner.

The bedroom is right on a very noisy street. You can constantly hear people talking and cars driving all night long. We reserve for four nights, but checked out after just one night.
