Villa Europa Hotel

It was the best experience checking in and out that I have ever had. The manager Luis was excellent at communications and helping out. Very well located to the beach and entertainment.

Accommodations were clean and safe. Property Manager was very nice. Super close to the beach. We really didn't spend time at the hotel except to sleep. It was perfect for that

Drab, dumpy ,smelly room...could smell the outside cigarette smokers inside the room...no bbq grill as advertised (due to covid???) run down courtyard furniture...rusty poor condtion bicycles...stains on linens and curtains...only stayed one night...thank goodness! Embarrassed I ever stayed there. Makes me mistrust the reviews on Orbitz.

The good: Location is great, right on the boardwalk Staff was nice, although didn’t speak a word of English A/C worked well and was reasonably quiet You can use beach loungers The bad: You have to carry the loungers to the beach yourself. And they are very heavy! And very old, covered in mold. The room was not clean - I had to sweep the floor and wipe down surfaces. There was dust and crumbles everywhere. The room is very old, the appliances are way past their expiration date. Tile is coming off in places, the kitchen faucet has about a tube of caulk around it just to keep it in place. The layout of the room is very odd - TV is between the bathroom and kitchen and you can only see it from the kitchen table. There’s NO sound insulation from people next door. You can hear every word they are saying. The toilet was running the entire time. The toilet seat is approximately 30 years old. The shower has nasty old tiles and close to zero water pressure. Ideally, the room we stayed in, needs a total gut...but there are also simple fixes that can be done to make this place much much better. Like properly washing the floor and all surfaces would make a tremendous difference.

Great location steps to beach.

Great location and a clean room! Excellent room and communication. The room is very simple, but had all of the amenities that we needed for a long weekend stay. Plus, it was only steps a away from the beach.

Overall, the place was really cute, close to the beach, easy access. The host was amazing. Really good place for a couple or a family. I'd definitely come back.

what i like about this hotel is that theres no waiting, its a self check in and self check out made it so much easier and faster. this is a very cozy hotel, recommended for couple, solo or a business trip. the owner is very attentive and informative and will follow up with you. this place is also very quiet which i like.

Convenient location right on beach. The room had a little bit of a odor, and door wouldn't look, but the friendly guy working there fixed it right away. Great service. It's a simple place but very nice. Loved the outdoor tables.
