Hollywood Beachside Boutique Suites

The hotel was nice, very clean and a good area. The employees were very helpful .The bad point was there was only one tv per a unit which meant the bedroom had no tv but airconditioner and the living area had tv but no airconditioner .I booked three rooms they put us in same building but they unfortunately didnt have ajoining rooms so the kids went backband fourth from room to room .The pool was very small and on the main street with no privacy from passerbyers.

Location was perfect. Broadwalk & beach were steps away. They have a bbq patio for guest to use. Pool was clean, however it does sit right next to main road. Room was clean. Nothing exciting, but we were more interested in the ocean than the room. Bed was comfortable The staff was very friendly and polite. With covid they don’t offer house keeping, but you can exchange linens when needed. I would stay again.

The location of this place is excellent! Literally steps to finest restaurants on the intercostal waterway and 1minute walk the other way to the beach and “broadwalk “beach chairs and beach towels provided. Liquor stores and convenience stores very close Also propane grills with full tanks for all to use if your looking for a pool type of resort this may not be for you. Not an issue for us as the blue watered beach is practically at your feet. Oh Btw the rooms very clean. And very friendly staff. Can’t wait to come back!!! Quiet place to sit outside your room to unwind at night or enjoy the sunrise

Great stay. Only downside was the street noise and loud music from Mexican restaurant a block away which lasted til 2 am on Saturday and 1 am on Sunday.

Hotel is obviously very old which was expected . It appears they are doing a decent job in trying to keep it up But there is still a lot of mold on the walls and in the shower. Showerheads need to be replaced as they are filthy as well as the shower curtains that have stains all over them. No hairdryer or iron in the room. I believe this is a very low cost thing that the property could add to the small amount of rooms that they have. Bed in bedroom was hard and appeared to be smaller than a queen. however the bedding was nice and Cozy and Plenty of pillows which is important to me Best parts of the hotel was the location and the price for the area. Right in the middle of everything , Best restaurants and markets close to property . free beach chairs and beach towels in a beach bag for use during stay were very nice. Kitchen was well appointed. Ice machine in the office was broken. Pool small . For three days day this was sufficient however I would not stay a week .

The hotel needs a little bit of work some of the staff was super sweet and the others were horrible so it was like roulette when he went to ask for something. It's clean but it's in need of a little bit of work

Hotel is spread over 9 different buildings which can make a difference in your experience. I was in a studio suite with kitchen, building 2. It was clean but the room itself was worn. 3 of the electrical outlets didn’t work so I couldn’t use one of the lights. The tv remote off/on button didn’t work so I had to unplug the tv to turn it off. Since they do not clean the room during your stay, providing some paper towels and cleaner would have been nice to clean after cooking. The do have beach towels and chairs to borrow. The walls are thin so hope you have quiet guests next door. The distance to the beach can’t be beat for the price. The front desk staff was friendly. All in all a good value for the price.

We weren’t looking for anything special, just something close to the beach. This was very close! Our room wasn’t super nice but the bed was comfy. Hard to get clean towels. Tony bathroom. But again, didn’t plan to spend much time inside!
