Good Hotel NOT 5 STARS

The hotel is good for the business traveler but lacks the appointments that makes it a 5 star resort. No Wi-Fi in the rooms only in the lobby area, the breakfast buffet was poor no pastries just sliced bread, poor choice of fruits and was given plastic spoons (not 5star) the carpet in the room was dirty. There was not taxi service immediately available, it has to ba called and the wait can be long. And the price is high for the lack of ammenities.

safe and good hotel for outsiders

Hote is o.k. in all respects. Morning breakfast is good and any country person can manage with the breakfast. For anything that they serve at the room, money has to be paid immediately. It is better that that they can add all these and charge finally during check out. If required, they can take some advance while check in. It is little away from the shops, you can not buy anything in a walkable distance. You need car for the movement.

The Hotel Eurobuilding in Puerto Ordaz

A very convenient and comfortable hotel, with very nicely appointed rooms. Regretably the restaurant has very poor menu selection, with the exact same menu for both lunch and dinner, although the quality of the food served was very good.
