Overall the main positive point of this place is the location, which is super close to the Hamburg main train station. The whole stay was ruined by the absolute chaos that went on each evening for 3-nights in a row, with teenagers and drunks running through the hallways, shouting, screaming, smashing doors for hours. Basically the Staff, are nice people but have no control or authority, so it was just a madhouse.

Enkelt, men rent och funktionellt. Inga vanliga underlakan dock, vi fick sova direkt på madrassvaret? Hade checkat in förväg online, men fick ändå stå i kö med alla andra vid incheckningen. Det finns bagageskåp, men de tog slut, och de verkade enbart ta emot mynt, trots att det fanns kortläsare.

Horrible service, and awful breakfast! This place might be tolerable if you’re an 18yo back-packer; but if you’re not - PLEASE skip it! They never made-up my room after 3 days, and when I complained in the morning - nothing! Then late in the evening someone just opens my door with their key card and say they’re here to check the room to see if it was made! The front desk is absolutely horrible, when they talk to the customers it feels like their are doing you a favor: horrible! The only bright sport was the guy from Brazil - which actually was very helpful and friendly: promote him to manager please and let go of all the other useless staff there please!
