This hotel is really nice. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I visited during Ramadan and they still managed to accommodate me eating meals during daylight hours. The room was very quiet and comfortable.

I liked the fast internet connection, the hospitality provided by the staffs, the location of our room, the complimentary water dispenser on our floor, the quick elevator and auto hand sanitizer dispenser next to it (on the ground floor), the in-room entertainment and the toilet with hose. The hotel also managed to reserve a parking slot for us as requested. I disliked the traces of hair on the bedsheet and the lack of amenities. If it is a room for two or three adults, it is sensical for the hotel to provide the amenities accordingly such as toothbrushes, mugs, glasses and towels in two or three sets/units respectively without the need to call for room service since it is an inconvenience and a hassle. No hotel slippers were also provided.

We only stayed for one night, but everything was great. The hotel is located close to the harbor, restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable with all amenities. The staff was very helpful in assisting us with transportation to the airport and finding a currency exchange that was open. Overall a great experience and would recommend.
