The hotel is ok, not amazing. Is dated, a lot of going up and down stairs, so if you're carrying a small child plus all the bags is not ideal at all.
The check-in staff offered to bring the bag up to the room, so that's a nice thing to offer, but you still have your essentials with you though.
There's no fridge in the room. Something that is very useful if you're travelling with a small child. The team was great though in bringing milk to the room straight away, so that was very nice.
Also, no A/C, which is a very downside on hot days. I would highly suggest investing in A/C as the weather conditions will only get worst in the years to come.
The carpet throughout the hotel looked dirty and very dated.
The breakfast wasn't great. The scrambled eggs on the first day were cold and dry. The breakfast team looked very inexperienced and took a long time to take our orders. On Day 2, the eggs were slightly better, but the toast came cold and the coffee wasn't great too.
Also, the lunch menu shows a sandwich for £12??
Overall, the hotel is ok, but I wouldn't stay there again.
