There no staff. Even check-in is remotely controlled. If your cellphone has any kind of problem (wi-fi, connection, battery etc.) you cannot get in and you wait on the busy street with your luggage in the heat for as long as it takes to resolve your phone problem. The bathroom is flooding when you take a shower. Is smells like urine.
