Good except for the beds.
The hotel was clean, people working there were friendly and helpful. The room was small, the beds were very uncomfortable. The mattress was sagging in the middle.

The best hotel in Milan
Great staff, amazing accommodation for good price. A great place in the expensive city of Milan!

Great location, good overall value
The staff was very attentive, the breakfast a nice selection as well. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the metro and shops close by. My only gripe would be the mattress, it made me feel like the bed is swallowing me, also the TV channels are mainly geared towards Italians, not much choice in other languages.

A full recommendation!
Very well located and with perfect transport routes. It is tucked away and the front desk on a second floor; I loved the building because it is old and well renovated. The girl who greeted me was very friendly and the attentions I had when doing "early check out", were the best despite being 3/4am. I’ll come back any time. I fully recommend it.

Good for the price
Good place for the price. Friendly staff who can speak English. Very convenient since its right next to Herculaneum and right down the street from the train station to Pompei or Napoli. Our first room was flooded with water so we had to change rooms to one right next to the outside terrace/patio. It was a bit noisy from that and other rooms since the walls seemed paper thin.

Clean, simple room. Has AC and a mini fridge which is nice. Great location for different food places and also close to the metro. The free breakfast they offer is actually really good too!

Good for a short visit to Milan
I only stayed at Hotel Panizza one night but enjoyed my visit. The staff were very welcoming, my room was clean, the shower had good temperature and pressure and the breakfast was good with a mix of different choices including fruit, yoghurt, pastries, cereals, toast and cold meats and cheeses. The bed was a little soft for my liking and the bathroom fan was quite noisy at night despite not being turned on. Those were the only downsides though, overall it worked well for one night and was close enough to different Metro stations to make it easy to get around.
