Nice hotel, shame about all the surcharges.
This was a really lovely hotel in the beautiful city of Granada. The hotel has a peaceful ambiance and a quirky, but very aesthetically pleasing interior design. Only complant would be that there was no mention on the Hotels.com booking that one needed to pay for the spa. I also strongly object to then paying for the spa and also having to pay another surcharge for compulsory flipflops in that spa! It was a shame that a really nice hotel stay was slightly spoilt by so many additional surcharges (parking was also extra).
