Nice rooms but would not recommend
Great location, nice rooms, and a beautiful sauna. Wouldn’t stay there again, mostly because of the service we got from concierge. We were sent to restaurants that were closed, our car pickup was sent to the wrong hotel, and they refused to call us a taxi unless we were physically downstairs (which usually resulted in a 10-15 minute wait in the lobby). Pretty disappointing considering concierge service is usually so impressive at the Four Seasons.

It's the four seasons, it's great
The room and the view were incredible. The bathroom was top notch, as was the maid service. The secret bar in the basement was great with an art deco vibe. I wish I had the time to try the sauna.

Incredible hotel. We came to South Korea for our honeymoon and decided on the four seasons for our first 2 nights, I must admit that I wish we would have done more but we had tickets to go to Jeju. We will definitely be coming back and staying at this location again. The Charles H speakeasy is a must, and the breakfast buffet is mind blowing. The service is also top notch. Wow!
