Secure building, Perfect location for those looking to go to events at Scotia bank arena or Roger’s center, supermarket is attached to the building and easy to contact owner if needed. Clean area with washer and dryer. Lovely view of Roger’s center and cn tower from room.

Well located but it had issues.

The property was in a hi rise building. Only one elevator worked and the wait was often 20+ minutes. The apartment was much smaller than anticipated and the mattress cover on the pull out bed was filthy

This is nothing like i've ever booked on expedia before. Normally I book on expedia, and I either pay everything on expedia, or I pay everything once I get to the hotel. This, I immediately had to put a five hundred dollar deposit down on some shady website that i've never heard of before that.Immediately locked that card, causing the initial payment to not go through for the room its self. So I had to fight with my bank to get my card to Unlocked on a weekend to get that transaction to go through. Then you have to do a check in online where you give them your I.D why you're going what time you're going to be there at. Then, when you get there, you have to check in to get a key technically from different building inside the building. Then, that allows you to go inside that building.And check into a tablet where you once again have to take a picture of your id and all your booking information, then.If a security guard is working at the time, they will also want to know your booking info & take a picture of your ID. Basically had to check in four times and i've never had a five hundred dollar hold for any place.On top of that, most of the rooms don't have parking from what we were told.We did not.So we had to park at the building technically next door and pay a $30 fee which is kind of in the same building but arent fully? The whole thing overly complicated & others were having more problems then us to the point where there was a line of people having problems when we got there
