Would recommend for accom in Albany
Spent a night in Standard Triple Room in early August. Check in was smooth and the reception lady was very friendly. Do note to check in by 7pm as they close on time. Room looks like it has been refreshed not long ago but toilet is dated. Only downside is that the room heater took quite long to heat up in winter. Hotel was just opposite petrol station and quite convenient to get to attractions.

All good. Wi-Fi worked well, the bed was comfortable. The pool area was nice. Shower was hot with plenty of pressure. They have a curry restaurant in the complex so I ate there once. Had some issues with the TV remote that was about it.

Decor is about 50 years old Bathroom tiny Blackout curtains so old and threadbare sun shines thru them Doona cover was just thrown over doona Cleaning only on request. I would think with COVID there should be extra cleaning not less. Walls paper thin, heard neighbours talk all night long. Booked a king corporate thinking it’s classy, room was nothing like the pics online. Left a day early and so far they have not even called me to find out why. I mentioned to the receptionist that the room is not like the pics at all

Very clean room and comfy bed. Provided a portacot for no extra charge, great location. Bathroom and flooring could do with some updating but excellent facilities for the price. Great for a short stay with a little kid. Lovely breakfast facilities and nice curry jouse. Staff are excellent. Currently no housekeeping due to covid19
