À fuir absolument.
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu l’impression que l’hôtel ne connaissait absolument pas notre réservation. Nous avions réservé deux chambres, mais cela n’avait manifestement pas été pris en compte : on nous a demandé plus de quatre fois combien de chambres étaient réservées.
Une fois dans la chambre, la situation était encore pire. La lumière de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. En regardant le lit, nous avons découvert des poils partout : sur le drap, l’oreiller et la literie. Les draps et oreillers étaient clairement sales et non lavés.
Nous l’avons immédiatement signalé. La responsable a fait venir des enfants pour changer le lit devant nous, ce qui est choquant et inacceptable. Pire encore, seul le drap-housse a été changé : les oreillers et la couverture, pourtant sales eux aussi, sont restés inchangés. Un manque total d’hygiène.
J’ai contacté l’assistance, qui a joint l’hôtel. Malgré ce que nous avons constaté de nos propres yeux, l’établissement a affirmé que toutes les chambres étaient propres et lavées, ce qui était faux.
Face à cette situation inadmissible, nous avons rendu les clés et sommes partis dormir ailleurs. Aucun remboursement ne nous a été proposé, malgré l’état de la chambre et les problèmes signalés.
N’y allez pas, je déconseille fortement. Cet établissement fait preuve d’un sérieux manque de professionnalisme, de transparence et surtout d’hygiène.
