Close to everything.
We stayed 6 nights in a pool access room. It was exactly opposite the swim up bar, which we thought was great. It wasn't, it was very loud. Next time we will request a room not right on the bar.

Some of the staff were really great, but most were quite rude and dismissive. Breakfast was just awful, save your money and get it somewhere else (or just get room service). The main pool was very cloudy with a slight green tinge. The second pool was clean, but pool bar wasn’t open. The decking around it also needs repair (got a few crackers of wood stuck in my foot). The 2 bedroom isn’t actually two bedrooms, it has one separate room while the other “room” just has two single beds in the corner of the kitchen/dining room. Definitely not worth paying extra. Location was fine if you’re happy walking everywhere, but getting a taxi takes a long time getting there (like 30mins from Waterbom) due to the narrow single lane of Poppies II. Don’t roam the hallways at night, they don’t have anyone collecting dishes outside the doors so you have a few feral cats enjoying their fill of people’s leftovers. Not suitable for those that want to go to bed before 9pm, loud music plays til late.
