Noisy
Excellent breakfast. Very nice memebers of staff. Overall, rather noisy and uncomfortable. Doors made of plastic!. I stayed 5 nights, arriving at midnight on a Thursday and leaving early in the morning the following Tuesday. My partner arrived on Saturday late afternoon and left on Monday evening. We booked a room with breakfast included for two people for 5 nights. I never complained when they charged me for 3 breafasts my partner never ate. But, at the momment of cheking-out, I was asked to pay for 8 days of city tax becasue they understand that my partner stayed just 2 nights but 3 days. I can accept that, but to be honest, I arrived at midnight on Thursday, which means I stayed 5 nights but jusy 4 days. The whole point is that I do not find it fair and I do complain about this. It was just 2.80 euros but after all what I paid and considering how bad I slept, I want to make my point publicly. They would do everything to take any pound left on you. I do not recommend it.

Excellent location
I have mixed feelings about this stay. The location is amazing, across the street from the train station with shopping, treats and food directly outside the door. I booked and economy twin room and the room looked like an old hospital room not a hotel room. I had some small issues in my room and was moved to a much better twin room with an American sized bathroom. I was moved but did not receive an apology from the male desk clerk or who I perceived to be the owner/manager. No greeting when entering or exiting the hotel. Honestly, just felt their customer service should be better, I stayed 5 nights and there are many other options. There was one stand out female desk clerk that had very good customer service. The breakfast was very good with many options including eggs. I would suggest adding some decor and hotel appeal to the economy twin rooms. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but would stay elsewhere on my next visit.
