Meh! Wouldn’t spend my own money here.
Acceptable for a business trip. No way I would spend my own money at this property. Hit and miss on the hospitality of the staff. Some were great some could care less about the guests. Drinks are of average quality. Food is fine for lunch, think lite fare like burgers, tacos, salads. Mediocre quality. Same menu for dinner so plan on going out to eat. They give you a wristband as a room key but that’s all it’s good for as none of the bars or restaurants can accept room charges. That forces you to carry a credit card with you all day while at the property. Beach is okay but there are much nicer beaches on the island. Location is not the best. I had a rental car so that made going to some nicer spots easy enough. Overall, I’ll be looking for other accommodations on future business trips but it’s doable for a couple nights if I don’t have any luck.

Perfect spot for a couple or family
We loved the place! One thing I would change is to take the backup beepers off the golf carts. Those things are annoying and are constant when the drivers are bringing people around at all hours. How about replacing the beeper with a light so the drivers could see where they're backing up to, and pedestrians could see the golf cart is in reverse because of the backup light.

We stayed a couple of years ago and the place seemed decent which is why we booked again. For the price, the room was kinda gross. Dingy. There was something on my sheets when we got there. Check in was a disaster. We got our room almost 3 hours after check in. Annika at the front is super unfriendly and put out to help. Sade was amazing tho!!! So was ReRe and all the cart drivers and wait staff!
