Have stayed here several times this year. The hotel more opened up than other hotels in area. Rooms are small unless you opt for a larger size room. Well located but sometimes staffing levels seem to effect service in hotel at busy times

Comfortable, clean hotel. Friendly staff who managed the challenges of Covid well. I felt safe. Main restaurant open but food choices in temporary conservatory could be reviewed as pretty heavy for summer months. Speed of service was also lacking in Conservatory as not staffed v well. Being able to have a quiet place to sit in the garden was a great asset and hotel more ‘generous’ in terms what is provided in the room.
Whether was up and down but the staff provided with umbrella and bicycle during my stay free of charge. The staff manager provided with a quality room after I have told them my problems with air quality of the hotel room I have booked. The entire hotel rooms have carpets in the hotel room. And on my second night i noticed i have problem with breathing and dry skin, and inching my skin .For all my stay to this hotel, I found myself very lucky to be surrounded by people who cares enough for my entire stay in Gent. Thank you very much for your positive energy and quality of costumer service. Definitely i will be happy to be back to you.
It's a well run city centre hotel. Near the centre good restaurants nearby.
Very comfortable stay. o problems and nice quiet room. Good nights sleep.
1. Housekeeping forgot to change some of the towels. 2. Housekeeping did not renewe shower gel. 3. Reception staff misguided us on the time slot for breakfast. So, technically we came 10 min before the closure. The staff did us 'a favor' and lt us in. 4. Our neighbours left several bottles behind their door around 11 pm. The bottles were still there at 1 pm the following day.
