I made a reservation as a Double Room. But they gave me a single and it was very small for me and my girlfriend. When i check-in, received a remote for TV. But ANY channel cannot see...only i can see a blue screen and "ninguna señal". it is not the cheaper hotel in this area, but very very disappointed. ahh...and i don't know how to explain about this smell of room and dirty feeling air conditioner. because after i turned on the airconditioner, cannot stop coughing. AND THE WATER...HAS YELLOW COLOR!!!

Not so good, bad service
Very limited parking space, had to pay extra for parking. The room I received did not have a/c at all. Service is very poor and do not care about you. Area is the beautiful downtown of Tampico but it is a bad hotel to stay at. Floor was not that clean at all.

Muy mal, ya que no me respetaron los terminos de la reservacion de 2 adultos y una niña, me querian adecuar una habitacion con abanicos y con una sola cama, porque se les habian agotado las habitaciones con cllma, alegando que ellos no tenian culpa, que la culpa era de ustedes y que si queria reenbolso completo, deberia pedirselos a ustedes, ya que ellos solo me regresarian $ 890.00 aproximadamente y ustedes el resto. Ante mi actitud de demandarles legalmente, me devolvieron el importe total de mi reservacion, pero me causaron daños y perjuicios que nadie se hace cargo.

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicacion. Los empleados del rearaurant fueron los q hicieron que mi estadia fuera mejor por que su servicio fue muy bueno. El resto del personal mas o menos. Estuvimos 5 noches de las cuales 3 estuvimos sin aire acondicionado en la habitacion . Nos dieron un ventilador pero ni una disculpa por el inconveniente. No dormimos bien a causa d esto. Ni siquiera descontaron nada. Ni nos cambiaron de habitación cuando el hotel estaba prácticamente vacio. Lo único que me haria regresar seria por la ubicación.
