Great but checkin and checkout times do not match

Only one issue. When booking on hotels.com it said check was at 15:00 and checkout was at 12:00. When I received information from the hotel on the day of arrival, just few hours before check in, I was now informed check in was at 16:00 and checkout the following day at 10:00. Luckily we had planned to leave at 09:00 but can be an issue to some.

El edificio muy bien, los departamentos excelente. Solo considerar que todo debe quedar pagado antes de hacer el check in, así que unas dudas que tenía acerca del precio, no pude aclararlas a pesar de que renté dos departamentos y uno me salió al doble. Siendo iguales. El check in es en línea y su página solo está en Polaco. Tarde aproximandamente 2 horas en poder hacer el check in para que me pudieran dar acceso a las instrucciones. Está muy bien el departamento pero para ir al centro o a conocer, si o si es en Uber o Bolt. A menos que quieras caminar 35 min a todos lados. Aunque si vas por otros motivos, el lugar está muy bien. Departamento bien cuidado y con todo.
