Wonderful service all around. Got a free upgrade which was nice. Every staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also yummy. Was impressed with the free welcome 15min foot massage they provided at the in-house spa. Very clean, and new. Had some wild monkeys on premises as it is near the monkey forest. But not much of a hassle. In house spa is more expensive than the ones along the street, but much cleaner and more comfortable- would recommend.

We stayed in the suite, which is supposed to be a decent room with a big size; but we were very surprised to see mold on the curtains (on the side of the window all over the fabric) as well as a musky smell inside the room. This definitely should not happen in such a property. The food in restaurant is simply not good and overpriced. After having bone and skin for a crispy duck, bone with very little meat for beef stew, we did not take any chances with restaurant, and opted to dine out; and found great options. As well as; breakfast options (that you can order 1 option per guest) limited us; which might not be fulfilling even though you were just looking for a simple oatmeal, or fried eggs. The staff is great and helpful.

The room wasn't exactly like the pictures. The yard isn't as big as pictured, and we couldn't really use the "kitchen area" because of the monkeys. But if you love monkeys you definitely get a ton of them. Also, I was positive the reviews said room service breakfast, but it wasn't allowed again due to the monkeys.
