Enjoyable, relaxing stay - with a terrific view
This is an older motel, but we had a waterfront room and even though it needed some TLC we really enjoyed our visit. One important note though - hotels.com lists it as having a free breakfast and they didn't when we were there (off season, mid-week). There are fast food, sit down, and store options in nearby Ogdensburg. We got take out and brought it back to eat in front of our gorgeous view. We did this for lunch and supper too. Location next to the river and near Ogdensburg was perfect for our needs and we'd easily stay here again in a waterfront room.

The property is beautiful. The price is that of a great facility and it is but it needs updates it’s starting to fall apart. Room 202 We had a beautiful room but the windows where crank handle only 2 of the 4 windows had handles of which only one worked. The porch that was for are room only was super dirty grass clippings everywhere the spider webs way overgrown and the non smoking room but on patio an ash tray full of butts and a lighter so clearly cleaning is spotty at best. The fake plant was nice but the dust was so much had to set it in hallway until it was time to leave. The buffet breakfast that is promised is a “ made to order” very greasy quality not anywhere near what was expected.
