Terrible service in a pandemic situation. Refused to refund despite a state wide lockdown half way through our stay.
Room Terrible - needed upgrading. Tile paint on very old chipped slate floor in whole of property and on wall in bathroom stuck to feet as you walked through. Huge chucks of tile missing in bathroom, no silicone and i did not feel clean using it. Kitchen badly needed upgrade.

We enjoyed the serenity. The accommodation quality is a bit run-down though we are aware that an upgrade is due to occur.
We were disappointed with the comfort of the bed. It felt uncomfortable given the quality of the beds I have stayed in before when visiting. Overall, a decent stay. But I wished I’d paid less for our night. Thank you.
