Parkhotel Kortrijk
The pool and steam room were relaxing. The hotel bar is very modern and swanky and they have a large supply of various alcohol, beer and specialty drinks. Breakfast selection was food and dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent. I ordered beef tenderloin and was cooked exactly as ordered. The front desk staff were welcoming and assisted in renting a car for the day.

Good hotel located just outside the train station
Hotel condition and facilities are really good. The only letdown was the service at breakfast. I appreciate it is self service but you're left to figure out on your own where everything is and also where to get cutlery! One thing to note is that the gym and pool are self service before 10am i.e. you'll need to grab yourself a towel from behind spa reception area as it'll be unmanned.
