Unfortunate stay
The bathroom was dirty. The toilet runs every two minutes. There was not sink stopper. The front desk staff were so unhappy to be there and they made sure we knew it. There is nothing good about this hotel. The furniture is sticky and very old. It is definitely time to overhaul this place.

Great location, adequate stay.
Great service and location. Room was clean and comfortable- though a little cramped, and the TV was quite small. We could hear a lot of noise from the room above us, as well as from the outdoor staircase nearby. Some issues with shower water pressure and temperature if taking a shower when housekeeping was running the washing machines. Overall, nothing fancy, but adequate.

Would highly recommend! Right in the center of downtown Jackson, just a few minute walk to any coffee shop, store, restaurant or bar! Very clean and comfortable room with lots of charm and great service. I look forward to coming back.

Decent Stay
If you think you're going to get one of the amazing log cabin looking rooms, that is unlikely. I think most of this complex is just regular motel type rooms. The front desk was really efficient but not at all friendly. The weren't rude and certainly got the job done, and I know they were busy. But I did not feel welcomed. The room worked out fine, and the shower provided plenty of hot water. It was great being right in the middle of town and having free parking. We didn't hear neighbors much, so that was also nice.

Best stay ever!!!
My stay was amazing! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The towels were amazing! The overall Decour of the room was very fitting of a mountain lodge. I will be not only booking the antler in again but requesting to stay in the same room! It was a great home away from home for a week! The staff was friendly the coffee was always on and the location was perfect!
