We stayed at the Waterfront for a total of 3 nights beginning of a busy Summer season in Queenstown. We originally asked for 2 nights but asked for an extra night on very short notice and they were really accommodating, and we checked in early. The 2 bed, 2 bath Lakeview apartment we stayed in was lovely. Exceptionally clean and very well appointed with high quality appliances and cookware. We had an incredible view and we’re within short walking distance of everything in Queenstown we wanted to get to. It was a very busy time of year, with a lot of traffic but we enjoyed watching it all, and once we closed the room up for the night, we certainly did not hear a thing. It was very well insulated against the world. Staff were always friendly and helpful. They were always available during reception hours but never intrusive and willing to give advice or suggestions on things of interest. Overall, a very enjoyable experience at The Waterfront. We will definitely be back.

Nice and big apartment, close walking to all the restaurants and bars. Only downfall being on the first floor is if a van parked outside you lost part of the view other than that if we are in Queenstown again we will definitely be staying at the Waterfront again.

great location and good value for money. walking distance to everything. my only negative would be that it is not serviced so you need to remove your garbage daily yourself but there are no spare bags in the main kitchen bin to reline them, something very simple to do I would have thought.
