This is a beautiful facility. Some areas could use a fresh up. Major concern is the difficulty to enter the bath tub. It is a deep soaker tub with the controls on the side. The faucet is too close to the tub and the entire thing get soaked with water. So you have to scale the tub to enter and after your shower water is everywhere- accidents waiting to happen. Breakfast is great, service is beyond great and over all nice place Ishmael so under used.

Good sized rooms, which were very clean. They even came to pack up the rooms again when we went out for dinner, and changed the towels (again). Water pressure in the shower could be a little better, but it was still possible to take a decent shower. The pool looked nice and clean, although it was too cold for us to swim at the time we were there. Gym was well upkept. We stayed 3 nights and had 2 ala carte and 1 buffet breakfast. The ala carte breakfast was way better than the buffet. This hotel is a little out of town, and nothing much to do around the area, but is easily accessible by taxi.

5-Star will improve.
This is in an area which is very new to foreign tourism, so there are cultural differences which will improve with time and experience. For some reason, the mini-bar refrigerators (I tried 3!!) do not chill anything, so call room service for ice. Otherwise this is a lovely hotel with friendly service, a great pool area, and a management team which is responsive and positive.
