Property undergoing renovation , room setup architecture leaves something to be desired , small room as expected . Tv reception terrible but wasnt there to watch tv. Staff was helpful and friendly , room was clean and sufficient ,Stayed 17 days . Would stay again , probably not sufficient for the entitlement crowd .

The best thing about this hotel is where it's located--perfect spot next to China Town, shopping, transportation, tourist sites, etc. Great area. But The hotel itself was terrible. Dirty walls, broken shower, open vents to the outside, thin dirty carpet over cement, bed in a box--if you're taller than the bed is long you can't hang your feet over the edge, dim lighting, broken bath-room doors, no hand/face towels, no sink soap, dirty shower curtain, no closet. It was dirty, broken, and old with no amenities or even arrangments with next-door businesses.

Decent little hotel
Hotel was in a good location, really close to a 711 for those quick pick ups of bits and bobs. Close to a lot of nice spots. The room was a bit cramped but fine if all you're going to do is sleep or that -other- thing. Hot water completely cuts after about 15mins in the shower but it had modern-ish fixtures which was nice. Had to crawl over the foot of the bed to get to sleeping position. The elevator was a tad slow. Reception was very nice and even held my bags after checkout for a little bit which I appreciated. I would recommend only to those who aren't picky when it comes to space. I mean, you're on vacation, why are you spending inside the hotel anyway right? Get out there, Singapore is awesome.

Its time to do a little upgrade
The room i got is a Deluxe room. Room is considered clean, however, its too rundown. Curtains are full of stain and molds. bedsheet and quilt cover is too old with stains. Pillows are not pillows anymore. Bath towels looks dirty too due to the stain. Cabinets are broken and with strong smell. Sound proof is so bad, until i can hear what neighbor is talking - at 12am at night.
