This property is steps away from the train station. The staff was friendly and accomodating. We had a small emergency and they helped us through it and everyone, involved or not asked after us. Nothing but praise for these folks. The ONLY small nit pick is that you have to return your key when you go out and ask for it when you return,,,that's pretty old school. But like I said...minor. Breakfast buffet was very good. Cleaning staff was very proficient. Great place.

Good choice, very convenient.
Great location, right next to the train station and very close to the Walther Square and the old town area. The archaeology museum (the Otzi museum) is also only a short walk away. Hotel is simple but clean, the staff is helpful, and the breakfast was great. Rooms was not large, but not the smallest either.

The directions on the website were not clear. All you had to do was come out of Bolzano train station turn right cross the road and hotel was facing you. Otherwise would recommend- near station. It was 42 degrees that day - air conditioning in the hotel which was a godsend. Can’t go wrong with this one.
