very easy to find, great location as it is close to the beach and to concert venue. there's even a CU right across the street and bus top a couple minutes walk away. the front desk was welcoming, the room and the bath room was spacious and clean. all amenities and water provided. the beddings were clean and comfy and room has adequate soundproofing. They even have daily room clean up which is rare for independent hotel like this in Korea.

It was not a pleasant place to stay, we booked two nights with breakfast at extra charges. When we arrived, we were told there will be no breakfast because of short of staff. It is in a remote place and hard to find place to have breakfast, we are so dissapointed that they didnt notify us in advance so we could change to other hotels. Now we have to go to Expedia to file complaint to get refund. It is hard to communicate as well as non of the staff can speak English. I would say expedia should not list such hotel on their website. The bedsheet was dirty, and they put plastic sheet under the sheet which made the bed so uncomfortable, more worse, the AC control cannt control the temeratue. I wont come back.
