We really enjoyed our stay at the Voco Astoria. All the staff were so nice! Our room was clean, the beds were actually comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, something that is very important to me. We stayed in a bunkbed room, which actually worked really well for our family stay. The location was super convenient for our event, and we appreciated how easy it was to get on public transportation. I would definitely stay there again!

This hotel is everything. It's in a great area, staff is nice, location is convenient. The neighborhood is a comfortable area to walk around in. It's just steps away from the train station so you can be in Manhattan or on your way to another borough easily. The room is so comfortable and cozy. I will be considerate of those who are light sleepers and say city view rooms overlook a train station - so it's not ideal for those who are easily awoken by any noise. There's a restaurant right downstairs and plenty of dining options nearby - which is convenient.

I enjoyed my stay at the Voco Astoria. I stayed in the Queen with the city view. My room was right above the subway, which I didn’t mind at all. There is noise, but think in terms of white noise. The room was just enough space for me, so I didn’t feel like it was too small. The bed was extra cozy, and the black out shades helped me to get a more restful sleep. The temperature was set at 71 degrees when I arrived, and I didn’t even have to touch it. It felt very comfortable. The elevator ran smoothly. No long waits. The subway entry/exit was steps away from the hotel, so depending on where you want to go, it easily accessible. There are also tons of food options and stores within walking distance as well. Lastly, the young ladies that checked me in and out were very pleasant and professional. I didn’t have any needs to contact the staff for anything, but I did witness another man that had a concern, and the young lady handled it immediately. I have family that stay in the Astoria area, which was the reason for my visit, so that was the perfect location to stay. I will definitely stay at the Voco Astoria again. Thank you for a wonderful accommodation at your hotel!!

My husband and I just loved this hotel! The hotel staff was welcoming and engaging. The room was comfortable, as was the bed, and the room was very nicely decorated. There were several options for plugging in our electronics, and the convenience of an in-room refrigerator and complimentary refillable water bottles. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was fantastic, with great water pressure. A wonderful bonus was the restaurant and bar attached to the lobby. While we didn't have time for dinner at the restaurant, we ended both nights' stay at the cozy bar, enjoying delicious cocktails and dessert. The staff were wonderful to boot. We plan on returning often.

I love this hotel. Great location. Mostly nice staff - I will say there are a couple team members who are rude... like the one at the front desk when I checked in. The hotel amenities are great. The hotel has a fitness center, water machine to refill bottles, and comfortable lobby to sit in. It's just steps from the 30 Ave train The rooms are comfortable, cozy, and clean. Many rooms overlook a subway station and part of the Manhattan skyline. The top of the JP Morgan Chase building can even be seen from the hotel room windows. The room amenities are great - hair dryer, mini fridge/cooler, wireless charging pads. The toilet and shower close off from the sink so someone can be using the sink while someone else is using the toilet or showering with the door closed. The bed is also extremely comfortable. I would just recommend getting firmer pillows because the ones here are so soft. All in all I have stayed here twice and would choose staying here over staying in Manhattan. It's more peaceful while also being just about 4-5 stops train from Manhattan. Airports are easily accessible via busses, subway, or of course private ride.

Great location for a visit to family. Entire staff was friendly and helpful. My room was small, but really just right for a visit, good storage and lighting. Very close to the railroad tracks, but I never heard a thing. The restaurant was opening the day after I left so I can’t comment but I did see the space and it’s just beautiful. The restaurant still managed to serve breakfast and that worked out just fine. I strongly recommend Voco Astoria.

L’hôtel est à deux pas d’une station de métro qui dessert le centre de Manhattan rapidement. Le quartier propose de quoi se restaurer facilement après une longue journée de marche. L’ensemble du personnel a toujours été très souriant et avenant. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages après notre Check out alors que nous avions un vol tard le soir, nous avons grandement apprécié. Les chambres sont modernes, la literie est très bonne. Les prises pour brancher les appareils sont bien pensées, elles sont nombreuses et proposent plusieurs ports différents. La salle de bain propose lait pour le corps et après shampoing, c’est plutôt rare et très apprécié. Un volet roulant permet d être dans une véritable obscurité au petit matin. Le ménage était impeccable. Prévoir les boules quies car proximité du métro et on entend potentiellement les voisins.
