Great stay!
Location was superb! No frills but that was good because I got all I needed. Availability of washer & dryer were a bonus. Other little things were much appreciated - drinking water dispenser, good quality soap.

the Jewel pleasantly surprised me.. much better than expected. convenient, good size room, breakfast available in club next door. and staff very helpful.

Disappointed
I cannot rate on the hotel itself as on the DAY of arrival I received an email from the Jewel Hotel while waiting for our flight that our reservation was moved to another hotel due to overbooking ! Are you kidding me ??? I have issue with this as #1 our reservations were made back in July and #2 we notified until the day of ???? I have used Hotel.com on numerous occasions and never have experienced this issue . When we contacted the hotel they said since we used a 3rd party service they never received our reservation until last minute....I’m not sure at this point what actually happened however bottom line we didn’t get what we had originally reserved and feel the whole process was poorly handled. I realize we there during the busy holiday season which is why we reserved back in July . I guess buyer beware 🙁
