Beautiful hotel with amazing views
Stunning location overlooking the lake. Located in a small town away from the touristy spots. Staff excellent especially Natalia who helped me recover my suitcase from Aeromexico. Excellent food in the restaurant. Lovely rooms overlooking well kept gardens. Couldn’t fault it. Would stay again.

Good location, but NOISY!
The church in the nearby square was having a revival the weekend we were there and it sounded like a war zone! Loud, booming fireworks, loud music - that lasted well into the night. We were shook awake by a loud BOOM at 4:00 A.M. and the pool cleaners at 6 were pretty talkative so we didn't get a very restful night's sleep either night. Restaurant was okay, but the food was only so-so and the waiters were bored. We asked at reception about a boat tour to visit some of the villages on the lake (which was mentioned on the card on the desk in our room) and the receptionist pointed to the dock and said to just go down to the dock and figure it out. Not helpful at all!!!

Buen hotel pero el servicio puede mejorar
Las habitaciones estaban limpias pero las camas y las almohadas eran incómodas. La habitación no cuenta con reloj, refrigerador, plancha, etc. El servicio en el restaurante era bastante lento y el personal fue poco atento. La ubicación, la vista y las instalaciones estuvieron muy bien.
