Broke plug in socket was dangerous. We were given a change of room. Noisy as there was a function going on. Room too hot.
my husband and I were doing the fife coastal walk. the hotel was lovely, very friendly and clean. we both enjoyed our stay and will definately be back, thanks Lynn and Arthur johnston
No balcony😟 Advertised as having one but it was a shared garden patio. The balconies are with the family suites and not for couples. Staff a bit indifferent. Pool is shared with surrounding caravan park. Hotel next to road and train line.
The changing room at the swimming pool was smelling of dirty nappies and mud on the floor. We waited 15 minutes at reception to get towels after swimming. They charged me an extra £10 to have my granddaughter in the room.
Great staff make all the difference. Room was nice but very generic. Gym was a let down - tiny with very limited equipment. But the view is lovely and overall it was a comfy stay.
Probably the nicest hotel Ive stayed in in the UK. Smart, beautifully furnished. Pleasant poolarea. Staff friendly and helpful. Food exceptional.
Fantastic! Staff, rooms, food, position and amenities. Absolutely LOVED IT. Weather helped aswell
Beautiful views of the Forth from the panoramic windows of restaurant, with dramatic thunder clouds to the left and sunshine to the right. Friendly service throughout. The menu was interesting and did not disappoint at dinner or at breakfast. We would definitely return.
Good, functional hotel for a night stop over. Restaurant with good choice of familiar fare. Breakfast had a nice choice of food, hot and cold.
