I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed in four different hotels in Phuket town the last months and this is by far my favourite. The staff is friendly and helpful (they even arranged a birthday cake and dinner for a guest and invited us to join the celebration). There is a coffee station in reception and a snacks table. Fridge and water is provided. High class AC. Location +++ I will recommend this to everyone I know.

Horrible
They don’t provide any sheet or blankets so you just freeze during the night the shower was very annoying with all these seashells. She had to go through that made so much noise. The stairs were long hike up. They wanted to keep my passport which is not normal! It was a big disappointment.

Lousy and disappointing
Very annoying hotel staff always trying to get my passport. They don’t know English very well and so they can’t help you much about anything. They don’t even provide a sheet to cover yourself at night so it can get cold. You have to walk up four or five flights of stairs just to get to your room when they put you up on the fourth floor or fifth floor so it can be horrible when you have a lot of luggage and overall very lousy place to stay.

Trevligt ställe, relativt tyst på 4e våningen iaf. Gullig personal. Men man får vad man betalar för men tillräckligt bra för att få en god natts sömn.

Accueil gentil, chambre propre et confortable.
Derrière une façade défraîchie se cache un très gentil accueil et des chambres rénovées propres et confortables. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur (c'est mentionné sur le site...) . Pas de petit-déjeuner mais on peu se servir de café et de biscuits à la réception. L'hôtel est situé à deux pas du petit centre historique de Phuket-ville.
