Service is great Osvaldo is an awesome butler, the breakfast is ok, the rooms are clean and nice. The standard room is a little too small in my opinion and be careful not to get the rooms with windows to the 84 street unless constant noise doesn't bother you to sleep. The good thing is that once I complained about the noise the switched our room right away.
