A disappointing experience
So we checked in and as we went into the room, the bathroom shower door was broken. We had 2 rooms with double bed and both beds have single duvet that barely covered one person only. When I requested more duvets , I was informed, there were none! The room service was not available for all 5 days that we were there. The only good thing was the staff was very cordial and helpful, although they gaff no powers to help at all. I won’t recommend staying there. Many other hotels in the area

We had booked with expedia over a month before the trip and we checked in at midnight, they put us in a room in the basement and the bathroom ceiling snd cubicle was filled wiyh little flies , hundreds of them. Broken furniture in room and damp smell, we had booked for two adults and child. The room was completely unprepared and quilt for my son was not covered too. The good side was that the staff were very friendly but we had to sleep 2 nights in a dump. The pictures showed on website were completely different from real thing

The location was great, short walk to the grand bazaar, hagia sophia, sultan ahmet mosque, topkapi palace. There is a street with shops where one can get simcards and food etc. Economical as well so would definitely stay again.
