No impressed
Not impressed. The flats were fine although on the worn out side of things. There was no cleaning and minimal servicing without any prior notice and explanation. No sky tv either.

Highview - Bad Experience
It appears that the property is not honouring the Gold card exclusives. i.e. I had to pay NZ$ 50 to get early check-in, this would be the same for late check-out. There was plenty of availability as there were no more that 3 apartments occupied. In addition, on arrival they did not offer the free bottle of wine. Once I check the apartment and there was no bottle of wine, I went to the office and asked for it. The TV's inside the apartment were of extremely poor quality, it suppose to have Sky, however it only gave 5 channels in stead of 30-40 channel. When I checked out I stated my disappointments and was told, well we had it tough, meaning them, so I had to pay top price for poor quality accommodation.

Just amazing, friendly team and property manager was just fantastic and really looked after us as I injured my leg, plus as we moved to L4 Covid lockdown during our stay. I highly recommend this place and definitely will only stay here going forward in QT.

Lovely stay at Highview Apartments. Beautiful view, great facilities, comfy bed and easy parking. Downside not many TV chanels especially when stuck indoors due to weather. No movies, CNN, or Netflix.Only sport chanel
